Endfield just too quiet after the announcement in March, the progress of the game might affect by lack of experience of 3d model and map, since the company only have arknight which not have decent development association to endfield, then they need to do all the thing from zero.
Wuthering wave announced in May and already had a technical test in July also rumor it will have alpha test in Dec. You can see the progress of the game just way fast than endfield, because Kuro's development experience in pgr can help to develop wuthering waves. Same as hoyo verse (aka mihoyo) got experience from honkai 3 to genshin.

Archeland, Arknights endfield, Honkai Starrail, Wuthering Waves, Reverse 1999, Project Snow, Higan : Eruthyll, and Zenless Zone Zero is all the game i'm waiting for! 2023 will be a great year since this year not so many good new game released.

I don't really have time to play more games than the two I already have as my main and sides but before I watch this, the ones that I will probably try are Wuthering Waves and Archeland. I'll 100% try Endfield whenever that comes out as I'm reading through chapter 10 like right now (just paused after 10-2) and I want more of that universe.
Aether Gazer is closer to release so I'll probably try that too.

Heaven Turns red is none other than a collaboration between Wright Flyer Studios and the master of the Nakige (a type of Visual Novel that has a very sad story that can make the player cry) Jun Maeda (the author of great Visual Novels like Clannad, Angel Beats, Little Busters, Kanon and Air)... I am hype for every work of Jun Maeda... Because I know that it will be a good one!

Higan Eurythll
Reverse 1999
Outerplane
Archeland

looking good though I just try to stay away from most of it on purpose / force myself to think they are bad on purpose - since I am only one human
and when I play I mostly prefer the story/lore and the feeling of immersion - which is mostly a matter of time and especially with gachas although mones too
so I prefer beeing stuck for now with genshin/honkai/arknights - where I have in all three games stuff to read/catch up
even though I have in all titles some strong pros and cons that keep my mind busy
but if I would consider trying a new one then I guess I would stay with the obvious choices of interest (for me) ar-endfield and maybe honkai starrail

Thanks for the summary! Did you exclude Ex Astris because it's not gacha? Because I think it's probably going to arrive before endfield.
Btw it would be nice (if possible) if you can show the original cn/jp/kr names of the games mentioned. Since I can read cn and jp, it would makes it a lot easier for me to check the reviews from those who have more access to the games.

The Arknights game looks amazing but it's Open World isn't really looks that much Open. I get God Of War 2018 vibes by looking at it, It seems pretty linear, but we have to see.

Wuthering Waves is gonna be the best thing ever happened to mobile gaming, hands down.

Also waiting for stuff like:
- Project EVE
- Witchfire
- Elden Ring DLC
- Diablo IV (Pray to god Blizz not gonna screw it up)

2023 is gonna be a great year.
22 was all about announcements but we got nothing aside from ToF.

Also, for the cultured bunch of people. Do not forget how important date November 4 th is. Nikke ftw.

Arknights Endfield was shown as an Alpha or right before an Alpha period iirc. So naturally, I believe once Arknights hits it's next Anniversary we could potentially see more news, or perhaps around an exact year since it was announced and shown, we might get another sneak peak at the progress. All I hope is that it turns out good and the gameplay is fun. If it's as f2p friendly as Arknights itself, and not needlessly grindy as Genshin. Then I can see this as a big win for Endfield.
