This music fits in with Cersei's coronation scene perfectly. The dark sounds of the violins symbolise her descent into vengefulness and evil, and also foreshadows her immenent and lets face it, wanted demise.

That's such an amazing and underrated theme! It's so sad and melancholical at first, symbolizing Cersei's journey from a romantic happy girl like Sansa to an empty shell who's lost everything. But then the tempo starts getting faster and louder showing her increasing insanity now that she has nothing to lose and hold her back. I love it.
