great video. how i structure my business, i think of my customer first, and sometimes doing that the profit margin in the beginning might not be, as high, but in the long run, it works, which brings me to longevity, the long run is always better than the fast cash, so i always structure my business on the long run. marcus   has a point money management, i live for what i do, which means sometimes i can't go out, or i can't buy that new thing i want, so needs come first and over heads are kept as low as possible.i said this before making it simple for my customer is always a must, so when i can find a way to make contract easier to understand, i do (people like when they don't have to think).never ever ever get when over on the  customer honesty is always golden in everything, i a bad reputations can hurt you, so when  A list customer is dissatisfied, i go out my way to make him or her happy. thanks for the video

Hey Evan. Nice video. You make it very easy for me to understand business concepts. Lol...It's hard to study and do research development on different aspects of business, because a lot of business books and other diverse types of info can be extremely boring and redundant, you keep things interesting and inspirational, which is why I love your videos. when I first saw this video listed, I thought it was going to talk about LLC vs. Inc. vs. Sole Proprietorship--had no clue what structure was in regards to business. I totally agree with the structure Mr. Lemonis (people, process, product), but I also agree with your structure as well (belief)--also #josecruz  makes a good point as well, about keeping an eye on everything and setting up for the long run. since I'm getting started and literally learning as I go...can a be business structure be more than one thing? meaning, can it be more than one thing that leads to the ultimate 'structure' (if that makes any sense)? for instance, people, process, product, belief, and the long run all apply to me and what I want for my business; however, I also want to add in potential, and quality. should it be more streamlined? thanks for the video.
