If all hashira's combined, then i would give the win to Deku Mid Diff.

Deku wins against Hantengu Mid+ Diff as he does not know where the real hantengu will be for a while, and he can't get rid of the clones 4ever.

I think Deku wins High+ Diff against Douma and Akaza as he can't kill them, but he can keep them until the sun comes up.
