I Told Al, I studied him during a show
at San Damingus hills Collage California outdoors show years ago, and today, I'm still in awe at his wonderous style and now, legacy on the fretboard .

Saw Al with Chick Corea & Return to Forever back in 74 & i believe Al was only 19 & had just taken Billy Connors guitar duties. The show was in Washington DC at the The Kennedy Center . Absolutely mind blowing concert.

The concert of 2008 in Tomsk is still in my memory, as well as the autograph that I was lucky to get from Al Di Meola framed under glass.

Saw Al couple of times with RTF and solo and once long time ago I was in a bar in Jersey seeing a band and Al who lived 2-3 towns away walked in the bar came on stage and jammed for 45 minutes! Half the people in the bar had no idea who he was but i sure did! 😊

blessed to see al with barry miles band in madison nj, the year 1974, wow, bles us all away, then saw him in princeton university a couple of years later. still follow him and his great music....

Went to the Milwaukee show last month. It was off the charts, It was
the third time I've seen him. To me
he's the best because of his Rhythm,
