My buddy was 16yrs old when his parents gave him their old Astro van. He was the only kid in neighborhood with their own car. When I tell you we’d pack that thing full of 10 teenagers and drive around all day… man, good times.

My family had several Astro Vans growing up. Things were beasts. If you never owned one, you missed out.

Bro the Astro vans were such beast of cars. My sister reised 4 kids in one. Sent it to Mexico and thing still going with the original engine, although it was transformed to a stick shift years ago. Very comfortable too.

As an antiques dealer, an ASTRO van was absolutely terrific! With that boxy back, you could pack it solid. Miss it. Can't believe GM discontinued it.

My uncle who just passed away drove an astrovan up until the day he died. Thing was rusted to junk but it never died on him and sadly literally outlived him. Was the only vehicle i ever saw him drive.

My families astrovan was a trooper. Barely any paint left on it, the rear sliding door only opened from the outside, there were teethmarks from my pitbull in the steel door panel, and best of all, the rollout mattress that we installed to get my dad to and from physical therapy after his a motorcycle accident. One day my sister drove it to school and someone window painted *FREE CANDY* on it, we almost left it like that
