unpopular opinion, this solo is better than that of the original. THe way felder and walsh adjusted the tone of this solo to fit seamlessly with the acoustic aesthetic is genius. The voicing, hitting the root notes, and STILL having the melodic harmonies on an acoustic is a testament to both their abilities and teamwork

I've started "writing" a version of this that combines the chords and the lead parts. If i get it to where i think its good i'll post it if anyone is interested. I also have an alternate version of the normal Hotel California intro that is a lot more fun (and a lot harder) to play that i'll put in with it.
