Philips 49psu7181/12(2017.02) can't handle AspectRatio Flag on SD signals Part3

Since Philips TV's OS migrated to Android they have lost two important functions:
1. detecting AspectRatio(4:3 vs 16:9) on SD signals
2. no more AutoZoom function which were able push Blackbars out of the screen area when they are broadcasted in 4:3 video signal
