That music is sick. I would definitely like it if you released it separately. Though my only concern is that the music would remain in mostly short segments as we hear in this video rather than as full separate tracks. But we could probably extend them anyway, so releasing them as-is would be better than nothing.

the production value of these videos is insane. It honestly feels like a cinematic production from an actual studio, rather than a youtube video about a block game. Everything from the music to the cinematics is telling of a much bigger channel than 360k, and I honestly think that you deserve the amount of subscribers that youtubers like dream and techno have, based on effort alone.
