I have automatically added subtitles to a video, and manually added some lines because the two people speaking in the video were doing it at the same time. During the replay the added lines appear on the screen just for a fraction of time, too fast for the human eye to read them. I I extend the time of the frame I run into the time slot of the other frame. How to fix this? Thank you.

Hi guys, i watched this video and bought the paid version. However it's so laggy its almost unusable. I'm on a MacBook pro, edited my video in iMovie and imported it into Veed to add subtitles. The files size is 352MB and 4.38minutes long but the audio and video is out of sync, it keeps buffering, and its almost impossible to match up the subtitles to the right point in the clip. Any pointers please?

You "forgot" to say that we must pay to export to srt. I don't find an honest behavior to ask for payment after editing the subtitles. You lost a potential client. Anyway, youtube does the same. free

Overall my impressions are great and it has made my life a lot easier with this clever tool. But, I have two problems.
1. I often work with video files on which lower third identification graphics appear. I then move the subtitles up in this particular piece of video. Unfortunately, when I move this one block of subtitles, the same thing automatically happens to all the subtitles in the whole video. Is it possible to change the position of only selected subtitle blocks, without affecting the others?
2. Most of the time I work with square video files of 1080 x 1080. When I add subtitles and export the file, I select 1080 in the Veed export options, then after downloading the file is 1920 x 1920. When I select 720 it makes a file of 1280 x 1280. I do not understand this.
