Rowan: I Am From

"I am from the outer folds of deep space, the ever changing sea of sand called the desert and the vast mountainous, unexplored Sonora Island."

In this meditative reflection, youth filmmaker, Rowan shares the places, moments and values he is from.

This film was created in the Filmmaking high school program at the Cortes Island Academy. Reel Youth created curriculum to meet the grade 9-11 BC Media Studies guidelines, and facilitated it over a month, on Cortes, in an innovative, untraditional and out-of-the-box high school program.
