Wow. Came back to this practice after a month and what a difference. My right knee can now move deeper and with little pain. I’m think I am going to do the reset over again. Your instruction is wonderful and will help me to learn these archetypes and versions better. 🙏💜🙏

Sighhh. Doing the reset again when I have service. Finding my knee releasing more and more. Square pose less of the triangle o last time and more diagonal rather than straight up. Love this routine and your calm voice. 💜
