Laurie, the fire in your eyes and the excitement in your voice today are so contagious and inspiring. Such a great video! Your stitching is absolutely beautiful. You guessed right about the zinc jar lids. The Ball brand have a smoother side than the Atlas. I can see how it caused a problem for your finishing but you solved that nicely. I really like how it turned out with the date charm as an extra touch. I love the obvious pride you have in finishing your pieces and that joy emulates to all of your viewers. Thank you for sharing some great ideas and for being such a positive influence. As you mention the heat and humidity you are experiencing I am looking out my window at snow falling. You must have a lot of different kinds of windchimes! I think they covered all the notes and actually sounded quite musical from this end of the line. We used to have some but they were nothing like the choruses yours played.
