Where did he say Hamas would lay down arms if they become a state? He said the Hamas fighters and weapons would become the national army of this new state, literally the opposite of laying down arms.

Wise comments, the international community should take this opportunity to end the violence and create 2 states. If not, things will get worse for both, . The world is changing, no longer can colonial occupiers rule people. Modern technology and defence equipment is removing the earlier advantages that US and Israel enjoyed.
