Unfortunately we have seen, heard and felt them before. We have seen, heard and felt them in South Sudan's. It was the day before yesterday, from 2013 to 2020.
We have seen, heard and felt them in the Tigray region of Ethiopia's case. It was yesterday, from 2020 to 2022
We are seeing it today in Sudan, from 2023 to date,
This is in the horn of Africa. No far from that place, you have the conflict in East Congo since year 90's
Thus, the other thing we should know is what we have done with past experiences in order to prevent similar tragedies from happening.
