What is climbing for me?
it changed my life twice - when I started climbing, and when I returned after a long recovery.
Rock climbing and bouldering, like all outdoor activities, provide a good chance to see the beauty of nature up close.
Also for me this is socialisation, friendship, new challenges, therapy and a healthy lifestyle. Join climbing community.
I tried many techniques to get good shape and eventually found my way.
In the first year and a half I lost about 36 kilograms. Then I increased my physical activity and returned to a healthy life, coping with spinal problems, excess weight and depression.

1. Rock climbing develops physical strength and endurance and is good for your health.
2. Rock climbing helps you lose weight.
