When farming with strong punch you should only focus on the three npcs u see in the sewers. The reason i say this is because when u kill them one by one the first one you killed would have respawned already so you can keep doing it in a chain. If u do this method it would be faster and less time consuming then just going to each npc in the sewers.

i’m saying strong punch is just better you don’t need amp so theres no cooldown for grinding and you have the gym stats you can use into speed to make it faster
