When I died (NDE), I experienced vast blackness and had my awareness. I didn't see anything or anyone but just vastness. It was Soothing and comforting. There wasn't a separation between myself and that vastness. I hate how woo-woo or new age this sounds but I don't have any better terms to describe it. Consciousness is not bound by material. I hope it brings comfort to know that on the otherside everything is OK and peaceful. Death is not awful.

The God of the bible says the universe is in Him and He is not composed of the same materials that He created but is composed of what He calls Spirit which is a living substance that is in all space, time and dimensions. This is why He says He is in all things and all things are in Him and as a result it is impossible to see Him as He is infinitely larger to be seen or comprehended, and more over we cannot see or detect His substance by any natural processes. But our hearts can connect to Him using faith.

What is very odd is the fact that many people who use psychedelics say the exact same things proposed here in this video. Many will say that they lose their ego, their "sense of self" and that they feel the universe is all connected, that it's all conscious, they often even cite things as not being alive like rocks or things as actually being alive and conscious often. They also say that "Self" doesn't exist and that the universe is all connected and we're all in this together. That is a fairly universal feeling for those who do not experience bad effects. Makes you wonder....

It can be said "everything is conscious", which is from the perspective of a "thing", but it can also be said that "Consciousness creates everything". It is only "scary" if you believe that you are a "thing" rather than the "consciousness creating the thing that you are". But there is nothing to fear as there cannot be "things" at all, because that would require "space" to exist "somewhere". If space exists somewhere, that means space exists in space, which doesn't make sense. Therefore, there cannot be "space", which means there are no "things". There is only the perception of space and things are perceptions of shapes that take up space, which can only exist within the mind/consciousness. Thus, there is no "thing" and there is no "space". There is only "consciousness", which enables the awareness of "things".

The problem i have with this view is... why does your conciousness diminish when we sleep? sometimes or most of the time we dream but those dreams even if lucid feel reduced in conciouss grade compared to Awake conciousness. This to me shows that depending on neural activity your conciousness goes along and originates in the brain.
