Foreign secretary: UK won't be 'showing our hand' in migration negotiations with Europe

Foreign Secretary David Lammy speaks about Labour's plans to reduce illegal migration in negotiations with Europe, rail reform and his previous comments on Donald Trump.

On about migration negotiations, Mr Lammy says "the EU does not have a commission at the moment, as elections are ongoing, and so there is currently no one to negotiate to with".
