Knee ligament reconstruction is performed arthroscopically through small incisions using a camera to visualize the joint. This operation conserves as much of the old ligament as possible to help promote cell colonisation and thus to restore the proper function of the knee, resulting in as little inconvenience as possible, a small scar and faster recovery.

I am officially one year post op from this surgery! (My one year video is on my channel) but I am SO HAPPY I went through this surgery!!!! I tore it two years ago doing flips, and had surgery one year ago. I am now back to doing flips again (which I haven't been able to do since I've torn it) and i am happy. This is definitely worth doing. It is hard at first, but over time once everything heals, you can continue life as though "nothing" happened. Or at least that's what I'm able to do.

I'm just trying to see how this goes. A few weeks ago (January 30th) I had a bad fall (slipped on water) and landed on my knee. Tore my MCL, LCL and PCL (but luckily my ACL was ok 🙄) I've never had surgery before but it isn't until April and unfortunately i will be out of work until July!

Omg it was so painful I got this surgery done but after 5 years I get knee pain specially in the cold or when standing up for too long
But is better than none to bone

it's a good video. within a week i will get through the same surgery but I got my both acl and pcl torn, the doctors said they will reconstruct both the ligaments. but, i have a doubt that after surgery again the screws implanted in bones will remove or not by another surgery .
