1:48:00 How many times has the judge told the lawyer how to ask his questions now?!? How can a lawyer not know how to formulate questions properly? Questions beginning with "In your opinion...", "In your experience...", "What, if any, is your conclusion..." and "What, if anything, did you observe..." are standard in direct examination.

And I don't understand why the defence doesn't object to all the leading questions.

ALL states should be required to do what Florida did in their elections. It’s a big state, had no problems, and didn’t take days to count.
