Nice review and amazing to watch you discover this incredible album. A band that truly did it on their own terms.

Go onto YouTube and watch their live performance at Montreaux. It’s stunning.

From someone who knows the works of Talk Talk / Mark Hollis in depth, you realised the workings with shockingly attuned insight (and ears). Unpretentious, unforced, multi-layered, created with integrity. Their next two albums Spirit of Eden, and Laughing Stock go further what was touched upon on Chameleon Day. Unprecedented, uncatagorizable, contemplative and timeless masterpieces of which they would never even attepmt to recreate on stage.

Nice review! It would be interesting to see a review on Talk Talk's final two albums, "The Spirit Of Eden" and "Laughing Stock".

Excellent review, as always. Would you consider reviewing Forever Young by Alphaville or A Secret Wish by Propaganda? BTW, I remember that you gave Dare 100%. What was the other one?
