Why mana boot?
If u looking for mana
Echanted talisman is more than enough
So u better use the arcane boots
If u looking for more cdr use the red boots (forgot thier name)
For me i prefer not to use the talisman. Nor the boots cuz they reduce my damge
I prefer arcane boots and go full damge from there
Holy crystal genius wand. Divne glave the bloody wings for extra movment speed and a shield and so on
