Here is one of the many ways we ensure the older kids are getting enough time with mom & dad ❤️❤️🤗

Is it still pool season for you? We are in San Diego, CA and even though it’s September, it’s one of the hottest times of year here 🥵

I love this for you. This comment is for the mamas that are still in the trenches at 8 weeks postpartum, I see you. At this time I was not out doing things like this. I was struggling, pumping 100% while trying to still make breastfeeding work and felt like I was losing my mind. I'm happy for the moms that are doing great postpartum, but also nice to know that's not most moms. If you are in the trenches, it will get better, I promise. It won't be overnight, but it will slowly get better until you realize, wow I actually feel like I can breathe again. You got this mamas!!❤ For reference, I'm 5 months PP with my second and around 3-4 months PP things started to feel much better.

That pool is beautiful! Pool time is over for us unfortunately! I wish we’d gotten to spend more time in the water.

I recently found your account and love your content!! I’m bummed I didn’t find it sooner when I lived in the San Diego area (and attended the same church you guys do! I loved Fr. Anthony!) but sending love from Virginia!

Just so you know, cuz i didnt until my kids were at swimming lessons, never wrap their towel over their arms. If they trip they wont be able to catch themselves ❤

Sometimes I wonder why I'm chronically tired, and then I remember - oh yeah! My oldest is a toddler and then I have a baby! 😅 All hands on deck at all times with these ages, ha.

Did you use Swimply?
We weren’t looking for a house with a pool but ours came with one. It’s been the best thing for kids. It’s locked up like Fort Knox with fences and alarms and locks for safety 😅 but they love it. We’re in PA so it’s definitely not warm enough anymore. 😂

That looks like lots of fun! Where did you find such a fun, private pool?

Our weather is acting like mother nature is menopausal right now, one day she is a frigid BEEEP and the next she is having a hot flash that brings us into the 90's! I've got a space heater AND a fan in my bedroom right now just in case she has another swing :P

I am happy you're still getting great weather 8 weeks postpartum though! Not that most people WANNA swim in the first month or so after but dang it would've sucked to have finally been cleared to do so and it been too cool to enjoy being outside for long! <3

@chrissy can you share your journey with Bfeeding and Sleep training as a mom of 6? What works for you? What doesn't? Thanks for your amazing videos!
