That's where I am at right now been doing 20 hours fast for 4 days now started off a little slow but i am on a roll now and believe it or not i feel great I really think this is going to work for my menopause body at this time.

Just trying to figure it all out in my life just emotionally and I believe even spiritually what will work in my life maybe fasting 20 hours could be beneficial.

Also, does something like LMNT break fast or “ruin” a clean fast? I have found that fasting 20 hrs+ cause me cramps in hands and legs. I have to remember to drink LMNT during my feasting window, but I am wondering if it would hurt if I drank it during my fasting window. I am wanting to do the squeaky clean, I am sticking to green tea, black coffee, water right now.

So when you went all in on 20 hr fast, does that mean you did it every single day, or did you decide I am going to fast so many days a week and those are all going to be 20 hr fasts
