Dalgona Chocolate is another version of the new DIY trend that is taking over social media. It is a milk-based beverage topped with a syrupy whipped chocolate mix.

This Dalgona chocolate drink calls for an equal ratio of chocolate powder drink, cocoa powder, milk powder, brown sugar, hot water, and chilled all-purpose cream whipped with a mixer, then poured over cold milk with blocks of ice.

Ingredients"
* 2 Tbsps powdered chocolate drink
* 2 Tbsps cocoa powder
* 2 Tbsps powdered milk
* 2 Tbsps hot water
* 2 Tbsps all-purpose cream, chilled overnight

Procedure:

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add hot water.
2. Using a mixer, blend all the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Add the chilled all-purpose cream, mix again until creamy and syrupy.
4. Put ice in a glass, add cold milk then pour the syrupy chocolate mix on top of the iced milk.
5. Add chocolate chips on top. (optional)
6. Stir well and enjoy it.
