I finally found someone who seems to like “La pena” as much as I do. Now, I’m yet to find another person who likes “Raggio di sole” lol. I just really enjoy the retro Italian vibes

Great top! I’m from Spain and so far the favorites here are LaChispa (by far), J Kbello, Carla Frigo, Melody and Daniela Blasco. The winner will surely be one of them.

Melody, Lachispa, Celine, Carla and DeTeresa are the stand-outs for me. If they have good stagings and can sing their songs live, then one of these ladies is guaranteed to go to Eurovision (so far my money is on either Melody or Lachispa, but we ahall see)

That said, while I generally enjoy most of these songs, I can't help but feel like the variety has gone down compared to the 2024 edition of Benidorm Fest. Guess that's why the five I mentioned earlier stood out to me so much compared to everything else.

This is so underwhelming tbh, I got so excited when I heard first song (Bésame) in the that online translation thing, I thought "Oh that's a good start, we're here for a treat", little did I know that there will be like 3 more songs I could actually enjoy ☹️

See Melody isnt “trying” to be a star cause she is one and has had a long career in Spain (like im in the US and I knew who Melody was before the artists were announced) the issue is she is a star with a subpar song cause she has had so many better songs in her career than Esa Diva

Half of these songs sound the same. I should've known once we got to see the song titles and many had the word "Reinas" or "Diva" or "Queen". I get Spain wants to replicate the success of "SloMo" but, man, this selection is a slog to go through...
