They can give some sort of of comfort and home to people who have been devastated and as well they can be moved quickly so if it continues they can be moved out of the way. What is happening in California is tragic and horrifying, but what about Western North Carolina? Where were the stars when Western North Carolina flooded? It was the blue-collar Americans who came to WNC’s aid. The place still looks like a war zone. I am thankful for the ordinary people who donated RVs to those left homeless in WNC. California has the help of the media and the wealthy people, something WNC never had.
