I think you can just send a lawyer to do everything for you, because you already have the case solved in UK. You would need a visa and he cannot make you get one. It was way easier when UK was in EU, he would have to do what UK court ordered him to do. Good luck team, fingers crossed this idiot would get laughed at there and will have to pay for everything.
