Superintendent Meets the Media

Montgomery County Schools Superintendent Jack Smith met with reporters and described new programs and other details about the @MCPS. The school system has 163,000 students. He touted the rebuilt Edison career center, Mental Health Awareness Month, child abuse procedures, pedestrian safety, the achievement gap and even heating systems at the schools.
