I don't like sacrificing ergonomics for the latest digital thing. So no, I don't like the giant Samsung in my face or all the cheap touch strips.

Why BMW making the vents so complicated? It cost more to fix.

Talk about over complicated! Tech is suppose to make simple tasks easier, this does not! My 2020 Pilot has a simple thumb dial to open or close the vents and a small tab to direct the flow. That is all you need!

That place where the dashboard meets the door and vent looks like two different cars. I like when the dashboard shape flows into the door shape and it all fits nicely.

I was considering waiting for the next generation X5, but based on how horrible the interiors are on the new X3 and 5 series, I’m starting to think that would be a mistake.

Capacitive touch is ok for on and off functions, but for everything else it’s annoying asf to use.

I’ve never closed my air vents ever. So why is this one of the only physical, non touch screen things they thought they should keep? I’d rather have it control the temp and fan speed.
