How To Make HomeMade Yogurt In Yogurt Maker
Hello Every One!
If you’ve never made homemade yogurt before because you thought it was too difficult than trust me, it’s not difficult at all. In fact, after you’ve done it once, you’ll scratch your head and wonder why on earth you hadn’t done it before!
Homemade yogurt is easy to make and I have gone through the process step-by-step in the video.This is a fail-safe way to make yogurt at home and I have been making this from last 5 years– trust me!
Just in 3 easy steps, enjoy your delicious, vegan or dairy probiotic yoghurt in your own kitchen.
Step 1 : Take 2 litres milk & heat between 80-85 degrees centrigrade
and allow it to cool till 40-60 degrees centigrade
Long life or UHT milk has already been heat
treated so just needs warming around 40 degrees centigrade
Once milk is cooled then we will move it to inner pot and add culture.
Step 2: Now time to add culture:
5 drops of calcium chloride
5 drops of vegeterian rennet
1 pinch of probiotic culture
Step 3: Leave for 10 to 12 hours (or longer) and place inner pot directly in refrigerator
after fermentation.No need to transfer to any other storage container.
Before serving, you can add any toppings, such as fruit and granola.
This is really healthy and easy to make! Also my preferred method for perfect yogurt every time.
