UTAU VCV test - does this sound alright?

I like how it sounds. :3
but all the tutorials for recording VCV say something like "take a good VCV bank, copy the oto, then record the EXACT same way as the first one." but...I don't get it... ;-; so I just recorded the samples one at a time like normal...so I wanted to know if this was also acceptable? ._.
And yeah, I cut it off in a wierd place, sorry ^^;
