Patch 10.5 New Full AP Kai'Sa combo

Just a quick video to show a new combo I found this patch. If they're still not dead then you can keep rotating between W and 2-3 autoattacks.

With the q evolve nerf, do you still think going manamune first is a must have?

There's a new build order I'd like to see you test. With W evolve being better and Q evolve not being as good, you can swap the evolve order by doing:
Dblade start
Nashor's-Amp Tome-Zerker's (gives W evolve, E evolves at level 10)
Then get a tear, upgrade it into manamune (because you'll have mana problems with W evolve+new CDR buff), then upgrade the amp tome into a lost chapter, giving you triple evolve very early (with manaflowband or presence of mind you can get it even earlier). You might think getting manamune that late would be bad, but it's only 2400 gold for 70+AD, infinite mana and Q evolve even without it being stacked.
You can finish the build with items like Liandry's, Zhonya's. I think Dcap is not worth it anymore with it's price and Q AP ratio getting a big nerf.
