Ahhh, beginning lock pickers today are so fortunate to have stuff like this to learn from. The whole issue of "tolerance" was barely ever mentioned in the stuff readily available 10 years ago. I sincerely hope that this is the beginning of a series of quick lesson videos showing all the other aspects of beginning lock picking. Nice job!

WOW! That was the best and most concise description of how pin tumblers work I have ever seen. I wish I had seen this video first when I was a beginner, before I bought books. That lock is also the best cutout I have seen to show the shear line and how the pins work. Way better than the acrylic locks and other cutouts available.
Please tell me where I can obtain one of those locks so I can demonstrate to inquisitive friends exactly what it is I do when I pick a lock and why it is possible.
