James Gilmour and his sister Gladys Hopkins discussed the W.A. Cross Farm as well as the Gilmour Farm, acquired in 1892 and 1904 respectively. Wheat and cattle were the original products on both farms. At the time of the interview the land was being leased out with wheat continuing to be produced. James and Gladys shared memories of growing up on the farm as well as rearing their children on the same land.
