Honestly, I wouldn't mind Jinder winning the NXT championship for a short-term run, along with Indus Sher as winning the NXT tag team championships, then they can go up to Raw/Smackdown.
Though I'd have it happen after Melo wins the belt at Stand in Deliver. Since both Bron and Melo should be close to getting called up to Raw/Smackdown in the nearest future.

Loved every second of this. Jinder Mahal has improved greatly on his mic skills just from 2017 alone.

He definitely has the résumé/credentials to be in this spot. I could be wrong, but it seems as though Jinder is now the “final boss” of NXT.

As a former WWE champion being there, and having individuals have televised victories over him, they come onto the main roster, looking strong.
