Hi, loves! ☺️ Here are my reasons for the ratings:
Fourth Wing (4.8⭐️) - It was very difficult for me to follow in the beginning and I wasn’t exactly able to clearly follow what was going on. Once I understood later on, it’s absolutely a beautiful book with fantastic vocabulary, engaging descriptons, and insane plot twists. I was constantly engaged, and the spicy & fight scenes were always a hit. This book left me on a book slump for weeks!
Hooked (3.5⭐️) - It was an engaging book from the start, easy to follow and had amazing plots and characters, but the spicy scenes to me were always the same and there were a little too many within a range of a couple chapters. I was a little weirded out how it was a retelling, however it was still a fantastic book. The ending was amazing!
Twisted Games (4.5⭐️) - The book was engaging and had a great plot and a setting that was always imaginative. The characters were able to be relatable, not to mention that the characters themselves were fantastically well done. It had just enough spice and didn’t overdo it. I would rate this book 5 stars, the only reason I didn’t was because I did find a few things a little off-putting in the book, like the very weird parrot in the beginning (funny but to me just a little unnecessary, especially for a first line), and the family relation with Rhys and Bridget’s cousin was a little weird, the plot twist of it was great, but I had to look up practically everyday if it was considered 1nc3st. (It wasn’t, but it was a little concerning for a while).
