This has to be the biggest reaction from Phil to date, its so joyful it makes you wan't to cry, the raw emotion thus dog shows for his people. He's not seen Harley for nearly 4 months! Even Nico gets enthusiastic as does Teddy! Milo pretends he doesn't care as per usual...
