This will be great! There's one thing that nobody ever talks about: hosting. Can you please include some notes about how 'services' like these are hosted? Do I need to buy 2 hosting packages? One for the API and one for a front end? What are my options? How is the cloud different? (Especially curious about non-cloud since I have an app that's currently non-cloud.) Tnx!
