What qualifies a mini figure as “new” or “used”? Ones that come in sets have to have been taken out of a set to be sold individually, so they can’t be “unopened”. And those comic con ones are in a packaging that aren’t sealed and easily open and closes. How can you tell the difference between one that has been taken out or never opened?

It really blows that minifig prices have become so inflated. Not just referring to the rare ones. Even minifigs that are still being printed go for like sometimes $20 a piece. Insanity.

I own a Lester minifig that was given out at the opening of the London Leicester Square store . Number 059 of 275. They subsequently released it as a poly bag but mine has the original packaging so I consider it rare
