Solving leetcode daily challenge - Jan 5 2025 -Shifting Letters II #leetcode

I did not explain my solution today as it is the same solution as neetcode provided in today's video I am linking the video in the comments. However I just didi a little python fusion and made the code more pythonic if you say by using list comprehensions and stuff which makes python great I also used ASCII values instead of the codes which he used in his video both will work just fine but I think ASCII values makes more sense.
