Strawberry Matcha Latte!

This easy strawberry matcha latte is a beautiful layered drink made with matcha powder, strawberries, and milk. This is inspired by the Strawberry Matcha Latte from Boba Guys, a popular boba tea shop. Add ice and boba for an easy and refreshing drink!

Ingredients:
▢ ¾ cup milk - dairy or plant based
▢ ¾ cup strawberries - fresh or frozen
▢ 3 Tablespoons sugar - more or less to taste
▢ 3 Tablespoons hot water
▢ 1 ½ teaspoon matcha powder
▢ ice to serve - (optional)
▢ boba - (optional)
Makes one 16oz drink or two 8oz drinks.
