I remember coming across her post on LinkedIn and going through her page and noticing she went to an American university and thought she just decided to leave. Knowing her story now, I appreciate her resolve because starting afresh is not easy at all. I’m happy she was able to rise above everything that happened and can now serve as an inspiration to others

OMG!😢 This world is not fair! How can someone like this face this kind of pain.

My Opinion, I think that anytime you lack the best information, the right resources and the right people you struggle a lot especially in a place that you’re new . I feel like if she had spoken to the best people or had sought the best resource, something could have been done to help her. Anyways, I’m glad she’s doing so well and did tremendously well even when she decided to go back to school in Nigeria. Such is life!

Studying abroad without Funding is not for the weak!😅

Oh my 😢I’m so touched by her story, so sorry she had to go through that. And her parent loosing financially to support she and her sibling studies abroad can be painful.

The ups and downs of life. It all depends on how one handles them, because a whole lot lies ahead. Her story is truly one of a kind. I absolute love the way she handled situations in her journey. Big ups Joy. Rooting for you.

You should have just switched to a community college, most times out problem is our closed mind. We want to stick to what we love, life isn’t always about that.

I didn't finish watching the video knowing fully well that she wasn't mentally ready for the journey she embarked on but for her coming back, Nigeria will teach her how to survive in all situation

How can she not be proactive considering where you are coming from 😢😢😢😢

I am so annoyed watching this video; I do not understand why Nigerian parents always force their children to take a course they do not want. And sending your underage child to study in a country far from the United States, knowing full well that the child is unaware of their light and right. All in order to boast that my child is studying abroad. Looking at this girl, you can tell she is very young and naive. I am glad she is continuing her education again.

Yeah, American University works like that 😅

At my school Nexford, grading starts from 70, and 70 is C

Anything below 70 is an F
