Dillinja sampled the Amen from LTJ Bukem - "A Couple of Beats"
You can hear the original bass note from it if you listen carefully.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU! I was just playing with music for hobby in a free time in Reason, but after getting ableton on my computer I just started to dig deeper and found that is a deep and fantastic world of engineering music out there. Stuff like sidechain, stage gaining and even how to proper use EQ. You, Will Darling (EDM Tips) and Alice Yalcin Efe are my best of the best on youtube. I wish You all the best in live and music business. Cheers and big respect. Btw.

Really enjoyed this one. Do you like the Big Beat genre? Would you do a tutorial on Big Beat?

AMAZING! I think this is one of my favourite videos from you in quite some time! Maybe it is because I am biased on the older sounds, but you NAILED this one! Sounds really authentic and you made it look so easy! Digging those Gnarly Vol. 2 sounds, too. End of the month, here I come! Day 1 buy for me!

I was the warm up for Dillinja one time. It was in Goldsmiths University student bar. Must have been like 2010.

Is there a better 12" EP in DnB? All three tracks are junglistic heaven. Even the least known track on the EP (Brutal Bass) is a proper heater!!!

I think Karl Dillinja is possibly the best producer that's made jungle and drum and bass thanks for this video sir big ups

Ofc I really like the simple decent sound of that bass, however It's basicaly still just a one sine. All that filtering and eq just changes volume. It's not changing the character of the sound, because it's one frequency. That makes me thinking the spice can be achieved by little saturation or other type of distortion at the very end on the whole track, or are you leaving it just that clean?
