Mine didn't come with a sticker to show device ID. Also not the best of video, your not showing us on your phone exactly what app or setting that is required for these cameras.

To connect the camera to an Iphone (without home Wifi connected) you need to put the camera in AP mode in the settings..you can then connect with your hotspot by inputing your hotspot password.

Bought 4 they connect but when you close The app and go back in the camera are off line and don’t stay connected. Is there any other app that these cameras will work on

The cameras are great however the problem comes from the app needed to remote view and setup, the apps suggested no-longer allow remote viewing away from it's network so now you have to remove the SD card to view what happens when you'er away.
