I would argue that a Twink and a Femboy have _very_ different body shapes, as well as different fashion qualities.

the way I see it, it's Twink > Femboy > Tomgirl in order femininity, with a Twink having a more rectangular physique and a somewhat masculine-leaning androgynous aesthetic, and a Tomgirl being nearly indistinguishable from a woman in terms of physique and aesthetic.

some twinks off the top of my head would be Timothée Chalamet or Tom Holland, while F1nn5ter comes to mind when I think of a quintessential tomgirl _(yes, I know F1nn is genderfluid, but their aesthetic/physique combined with their personality just screams tomgirl.)_
