Such an excellent first point about making the initial focus on building relationships/being silly. I feel like the nature of many SLPs (especially CFs) is to be hyperfixated on getting every detail of therapy and data collection right, and we can forget we're working with people. Great video overall.

Hi Jessica! I am a recent grad starting my CF in the next week in Early Intervention - I am so excited yet so nervous! I was watching your other videos regarding your CFY experiences, which sound similar to where I am completing my CF as well, and was wondering if you had any further advice when working with young children and families in their homes?
