something I'm realizing is that TRUST is a huge huge huge part of all this. let's say you grew up in a household where you couldn't necessarily trust your caretakers and you're still holding onto that subconscious belief that you are not inherently safe or worthy, it can be really hard to allow love energy to FLOW through and for you. I just wanted to remind anyone reading this that you are absolutely beyond capable, loved, safe, whole, and WORTHY of achieving your desires. I know how hard and scary it can be to trust the invisible or the unseen but the unseen is what makes up everything ahahah. TRUST yourself trust your connection with god, source, love, infinite intelligence! I use the jinx technique of my own which I created through Neville Goddard's teaching. I go in a instant funny and "I know I already got it" state in an instant because I know how it feels to feel it happen and the moment I do it correctly, it happens instantly. No need to meditate, no sleeping, just be in the now, and let your feelings be in the "then" state, meaning "I am happy I know I got it" state. You should actually feel happy that you actually got it and never doubt it, if you do doubt, at any point, before it happens then will fail. Remember, there is no such thing as luck, it's just your mind. If you are feeling lucky that means your subconscious is feeling it already having it and so you get it, and people who don't know the power call it luck.

I did this to the best of my ability and crazy enough something big happened. So I am retired 4 years and need more money. My focus was on the fact that money would come to me in multiple ways (including winning the lottery). But I got a call from my former manager asking if I'd like to do 10-15 hours (at a very nice hourly rate) working remotely). I'm about to start the job! Pretty crazy. Thank you Neville&Elmer!!!

It's really amazing how this practice gets to be easy with time.
So I decided to do this after we were in no contact with my SP for over a month. Went into the flow state specifically and imagined that she has texted me saying, "can we meet tomorrow"
I dwelt in the end result and stood up and just acted as if saying to myself... "she has already contacted me and texted me. Exactly 24hrs later, that's what happened.
We met talked. To prove that this really works, I went into meditation next morning and this time specifically get a call from her at 2, that's what has happened 2 hrs ago as I'm typing this.
This is just to encourage you guys. Let's grow together to manifest even bigger stuff in our lives.

Whenever I have something I want to manifest throughout the month whenever I find myself thinking of it or if some kind of doubt arises I quickly/immediately say No, no that’s not my reality then (and this takes less then 5 seconds) I breath in and as I do I put a smile on my face ( just a half smile with no teeth showing) at the same time I focus on my heart area all while breathing in Then I quickly feel/see what I want done and get excited about what I would be doing with it (if it’s money what I would be spending it on) then I breath out and let it go. I always manifest what I want either very soon or within the month. So breathe in, bring up a smile on your face all while focusing on the heart then quickly feel the feeling of having what you desire and what you would do with that desire then breath out and let it go. Then go enjoy the day. Whenever it comes to your mind do the whole thing again. If doubt enters your mind then deny it by saying No, no that’s not my reality and do the process again. Should only take around 5 seconds and you can do it anywhere

I’ve been doing everything you teach, but the flow state is my most common practice… Yesterday I was given an iphone 13… after spending 2 years with the free phone that came with my company’s promotion. A lot more to come, will keep you posted.

There is also a psychological trick called "anchoring" where you associate a physical trigger with the state. So say you are in a deep alpha or theta state, you can gently pinch your first 2 fingers and thumb together on your left hand (or whatever action you may choose). After doing this over time, simply doing your chosen hand action will put you in that associated state with ease.

I like Elmer, but what most teachers won't tell you is that you have to do this for a prolonged period of time. That's why it's helpful if you have a "burning desire" for a particular thing. Or that you are totally in love with a thing...that way, you won't stop rehearsing a scene. Most people stop a scene after a few days or a week because they get bored with it. You won't stop something if you really love the idea of it or REALLY want it. It's the constant repetition of emotion that does it.
