why XRP price is not moving even when Ripple is winning?

Why is it that #xrp price is now heading to the moon when #ripple is winning the SEC case?

Yes. there is no guarantee that Ripple is winning. and Yes, the case might drag on longer and longer which is not going to be favourable for Ripppe. However, there are many positive signs favouring Ripple. price of XRP should be moving upwards instead of downwards. Why is XRP price not moving in favour base on the positive outlook for the SEC case?

Here's what I think, just a wild thought. Please share with me what you think.
